Through an early personal relationship with the owners, our Kelowna property developers secured one of the most prized properties in the Okanagan over several prominent Vancouver developers. With the mission to ensure a suitable legacy, we established a new home on the property’s most prominent viewpoint and continued from there. Despite complicated approvals and involvement from several government bodies for environmental reviews and docks and foreshore development, this project has succeeded as planned. It now features 30 stunning homes, a small clubhouse, pool, private beach and boat slip for each homeowner. Resale values have more than tripled for the original owners, making Southbay Landing one of the most coveted communities in Kelowna.
