What if Chilliwack’s seniors could have it all: security, serenity, and simplicity? As one of the Lower Mainland’s trusted developers and builders, in the late 1990s, Rykon’s leadership imagined being able to give the future residents of Regency Park all of those things. A multi-phase land development incorporating both commercial and residential, Rykon was the developer behind this gated retirement community, still a sought after place for seniors to live in Chilliwack because of its desirable location near a creek and amenities. Rykon also developed and built Creekside Estates, a thoughtful, low-maintenance townhouse development within Regency Park.

As one of the townhouse developers and builders in this gated community for seniors in the late 1990’s, Rykon’s vision for Creekside Estates was to create an oasis of retirement living with well-appointed homes nestled alongside a creek and easy access to all the amenities of Chilliwack. Rykon was also the developer of Regency Park, the greater the multi-phase community that includes Creekside Estates.
