One of our signature projects, this two-phase 60-home, one-level living townhome community in South Surrey was completed in 1987. Challenging market conditions led our housing development company to create a niche product. We delivered a rich level of exterior detailing considered to be well above standard. This heightened attention to the design process resulted in a one-of-a-kind gem that continues to resonate superior quality and authentic value to this day.
