Faced with vocal opposition from local residents about allowing taller buildings in White Rock’s core, we worked tirelessly with city council and community groups to build support for these mid-rise towers. Our development team created a relationship with the owner of the proposed site — an under-utilized location containing an old grocery store — to advance the deal in the midst of the controversy. In the end, careful market research led our trusted developers to create sizeable suites that have attracted those looking to downsize while enjoying all the amenities of home.
